Made-to-Order Promise

Every OGK Diamond Painting item is 3D printed or handmade to order. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before it ships.

Because each order is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been placed.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us review the issue, include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A short description of the issue

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a replacement, replacement part, or store credit. Any approved credit is issued as OGK Diamond Painting store credit.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

• Normal wear and tear after use

• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or modifications
