Order Processing

OGK Diamond Painting products are made to order. We carefully print, inspect, and pack each item before shipment.

Orders are printed and shipped within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders through USPS from Oklahoma. Because we ship from the middle of the country, most U.S. packages arrive within 2 days or less after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by USPS and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, and carrier volume.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to assist before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the customer to arrange reshipment.

A reshipment fee will apply. The fee is based on the package weight and destination and must be paid before the order is sent again.
